Must haves

• Working at heights certificate
• Social insurance number
• Vehicle, or able to use transit systems efficiently
• Direct deposit info
• Own cut quality brushes, white painting pants(no shorts)

We supply all tools to use in our onsite bins!

3 Steps to Apply to The Urban Palette

1. Submit resume and references to painting@theurbanpalette.com
2. Once resume is reviewed we will call you for a brief meet and greet (coffee is on us!)
3. If all goes well and you fit the requirements we will start you on what we like to call a working interview.

Our working interview consists of a 2 hour try out shift to start. If we see that you are capable of painting and work well with the team then those 2 hours are paid and you are welcomed to the team!

*Note if skills are not up to standard for the 2 hours, and it’s not a good fit they will not be paid.
